Easy Meatloaf with Italian Sausage

Sauce

1/3 CupKetchup
2 TbspMustard
2 TbspBrown Sugar

Loaf

1 lbGround Beef
1/2 lbItalian Sausage
1egg
1Onion (chopped)
1 cupMilk
1 cupBread Crumbs
to tastesalt and pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In a large bowl, combine the beef, sausage egg, onion, milk and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan, OR form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

Note

Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist, cook it evenly, and make clean-up easier.
