Spicy Meatloaf

Glaze

1/2 cupCatsup
1 tspGround Cumin
1 dashWorcestershire Sauce
1 dashhot sauce
1 tbsphoney

Meatloaf

1 lbGround Beef
4-5Italian Sausage Links (casings removed)
1egg
1 dashWorcestershire Sauce
1/2 cupBread Crumbs
Saltto taste
Peperto taste
1 canRotel

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F)
  2. Place meat, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, rotel, and worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Transfer mixture into a loaf pan and place in the oven for 10 minutes, while preparing the glaze: Add the catsup, worcestershire sauce, honey, hot sauce and cumin in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Spread the glaze on top of the loaf after 10 minutes of cooking (drain any grease if you wish) and return to oven for an additional 50 minutes

Note

Periodically drain the grease from the loaf pan while cooking.
